La Danza is a cute restaurant ideally located in Old San Juan, cornering their famous Umbrella Street! And I have to say their Empanadias are to die for!
Fresh and made to order, I had their Shrimp Empanadias (three come in every order), and they came stuffed with well-seasoned shrimp.
My mom ordered the Chicken Empanadias, and it was exactly the same! Stuffed with tender, well-seasoned chicken and just simply delicious!
I highly recommend trying their sauce with the Empanadias, I’m not exactly sure what it is, but it adds a je ne sais quoi to it!
Overall, the Empanadias at La Danza are a Chef’s Kiss 5/5, and I highly recommend giving them a try whenever in Old San Juan!
