The Flaming Grill & Modern Buffet is a no-frills all you can eat Chinese buffet located in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
They have a great variety of food, friendly staff, and not to mention, very affordable prices. I prefer to visit the buffet on the weekday because it’s cheaper, and not as crowded.
At this buffet, there are many food options to choose from starting with kid friendly options like, french fries, pizza, and chicken nuggets. To the usual Chinese options like, shrimp, lo mein, fried fish, general tso chicken, and more. They also have a really fresh sushi bar and hibachi grill!
My favorite things to eat from here are the lo mein, fried flounder, and string beans. And for dessert, I always go for their Italian cookies!
