The Bagel Store, located in Brooklyn, New York, is the original creator of the famous Rainbow Bagel and is an absolutely must-try if ever in New York City! They have a lot of unique Rainbow Bagel and Cream Cheese combinations, along with many interesting types of bagels, like Cotton Candy, Salted Caramel Sundae, and Heart-Shaped Love Bagels. This place is like Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory, but for bagels!
At The Bagel Store, I got the Over The Rainbow Bagel, which is a rainbow bagel with rainbow-fetti sprinkles cake-cream cream cheese. And let me tell you, it was like a Birthday party in my mouth! The creation of this bagel was perfect. It was very soft, and the cream cheese wasn’t sweet, so it balanced out the sweetness of the cake pieces that were mixed in, and the added sprinkles weren’t waxy at all (which I loved), and they gave the bagel a nice bit of added texture.
Overall, I recommend visiting The Bagel Store 100% whenever in New York City. It is truly addicting!
