I’ve Visited 25 States And These Are The Ones That Stood Out The Most!

Delicious Destination: New Orleans, Louisiana

For reasons that may be obvious to some, New Orleans was the most flavorful city that I’ve visited during my travels! There wasn’t one meal that I had down in The Big Easy that wasn’t delicious! Those Cajun folks never missed when it came to food, and I have yet to visit a city or state that can top them in the flavor category.

Best Beaches: Los Angeles, California

I choose Los Angeles for the best beaches, because this city has a vast array of beaches for you to choose from! Whether you want to visit Malibu for the chill vibes, Venice Beach for almost everything under the sun, or Santa Monica pier for family fun. Los Angeles will give you the options!

Fast Living + The City That Never Sleeps: Las Vegas, Nevada

I chose Las Vegas as the city for fast living and that never sleeps solely because of The Vegas Strip, almost everything is 24 hours, and you can literally have whatever your heart desires. They call it Sin City for a reason!

Big Buildings + Architecture: Chicago, Illinois

For those of you who don’t know, I am a native New Yorker, born and raised, so don’t get me wrong when I say this, but Chicago has some massive buildings. It was the first city that ever made me feel small. But to clarify, New York City is a very tall city. We have some massive skyscrapers; however, Chicago’s buildings are enormous in terms of both size (width) and height.

Black History: Richmond, Virginia

Now you can find a wealth of Black History throughout America, and even more so in the South. However, I noticed that Richmond had a lot of Historical Black Excellence taking place in their city, and it is celebrated throughout the streets by way of statues and plaques!

For An Amazing Everything: New York City, New York

Did you really think I’d leave my hometown off this list? I could never do such a thing! New York City is my favorite City in the entire world. We have five different boroughs that offer very different experiences. One can never grow bored with a city that is a cultural mixing pot, full of life and lights!
